Attractive hotel, fairly clean, courteous staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Room was quiet and huge, with a good bathroom. It was based in nice building in a great and lovely location, to many area attractions.
Wi-Fi was a bit slow, made me a little nervous.

Set in a very nice area short walk to different shopping malls and restaurants, the main areas, and center of town, Smith College.

A well priced hotel with very responsive staff. Extremely clean building and beautifully decorated and well-appointed rooms with 2 full beds. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Simply no complains at all, perfectly pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Northampton. Firstly, the variety of food options for breakfast was impressive, and the availability of beverages throughout the day and evening was a great bonus. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the recently renovated facilities were in excellent shape. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being not too far away from the city center and pretty close to the town center. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
